    Help bring your JetPak™ ID credentials to life with these single-core standard CR80/credit card-sized (2.13" x 3.38") ID insert cards.

    Ideal for federal government agencies, law enforcement, and organizations looking for a durable, high-security solution, pair with the compatible JetPak™ laminating pouch to create a fully-finished ID card. The inserts feature no slots, allowing your organization the flexibility to use them horizontally or vertically to fit your needs.

    For this insert, we recommend using laminating pouch F87-73CWP.

    What is the difference between single-core and dual-core?

    Single-core JetPak™ cards are made of a single layer of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 7/3 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 30 mil thick. These cards are recommended for organizations that only want factory printing on one side of the card, with variable data printed on the other.
    Dual-core JetPak™ cards are made of two layers of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 5/2 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 34 mil thick. The template for these cards can be configured to allow you to print both sides of the card in a single pass, saving time.

    Instructions for Use: It's never been easier to create your own secure credential. First, print the ID card using your inkjet printer. Next, remove the cardstock credential paper from the sheet of pre-cut synthetic paper, and insert into the laminating pouch. Finally, simply run the compatible laminating pouch through a laminating machine for a complete durable card!
