This software support agreement covers support for PremiSys ID Pro software. Please note that this agreement is for a server and two clients only; other agreements, with support for up to 10 clients, are also available.
IDenticard's PremiSys ID Pro software support agreements include unlimited tech support by phone from 8:30 AM to 7 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Software upgrades to the latest PremiSys ID Pro versions are included as well.
Software support agreements do not include card designs, database work and other professional services.
Please note: This SKU only covers the number of clients listed in the product title. Please ensure that you are selecting the appropriate service. Should your support request require further service or additional time, you will be billed for the difference.
