Ideal for federal government agencies, law enforcement, and organizations looking for a durable, high-security ID solution, JetPak™ single-core data collection-sized (2.313" x 3.25") credential paper requires a compatible JetPak™ laminating pouch (F87-73VSDWP) to create a fully-finished ID card. Made with a single layer of durable synthetic paper, JetPak™ ID credential paper can be customized easily using a standard inkjet printer, and features a vertical slot for vertical cards. Instead of issuing brand new, custom-printed proximity cards to all employees, which would require the purchase of a dedicated PVC ID card printer, you can create high-security cards for all employees to adhere to their proximity card. All of a sudden, your organization has gone from an access-only solution to an access and ID solution in one!
What is the difference between single-core and dual-core?
Single-core JetPak™ cards are made of a single layer of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 7/3 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 30 mil thick. We recommend these cards for customers organizations that only want factory printing on one side of the card, with variable data printed on the other.
Dual-core JetPak™ cards are made of two layers of synthetic paper material. When combined with a 5/2 laminating pouch, the finished card will be 34 mil thick. The template for these cards can be configured to allow you to print both sides of the card in a single pass, saving time.
Instructions for Use:
It's never been easier to create your own secure credential. First, print the ID card using your inkjet printer. Next, remove the cardstock credential paper from the sheet of pre-cut synthetic paper, and insert into the laminating pouch. Finally, simply run the compatible laminating pouch through a laminating machine for a complete durable card!
